"My girlfriend and I actually signed the lease for 515 W. Briar from Florida. We had been to Lakeview and liked the neighborhood. We needed something dog & cat friendly, inexpensive and as big as we could get for around $1300. The office staff was very accommodating and helpful - we did everything via FaceTime and online. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised - they never mentioned the private dog park - Patches loves it! We are very happy we chose PPM."

I only have positive things to say about 515 W. Briar. I have lived in my apartment for almost 2 years and I have never had any problems. The space is quite large given the price. The fact that they did not charge me a dog deposit or do rent sealed the deal for me!  My dog, Princess, loves the attached dog park – it definitely helps builds a community I know all my neighbors just from hanging out in the park! The property management has always been easy to work with. I've called twice for a repair (both minor) and Robert - the maintenance worker that is usually always in the building, has come the same day both times and fixed both issues on the spot.

"I've lived at 515 Briar for almost two years now and I love it. I thought I was never going to find a place in Lakeview that would take me AND my dog. Then I found PPM. I love my apartment and am able to walk my dog down the lake path and catch the express bus to work. I'm never moving!"

"It's in such a great area! And I love how the building is in great condition. And I also love how you can live in the city and save money at the same time! :) I love the people here and neighbors are great!! So nice and friendly! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent!! The resident lounge and dog park are icing on the cake!"

"When I moved to Chicago all of my friends said to check out Lakeview and I found 515 W. Briar by PPM – and I am happy I did!  The location is amazing I am walking distance to the lakefront and public transportation BUT I truly love that I can walk an endless amount of small mom and pop restaurants – I can literally sample a different cuisine every night. There are also great stores right out my front door – both national chains and small boutiques.  It’s a great old building in a truly eclectic neighborhood!"
